^^ WHats wrong? When I submit my form, it just takes me to the home page (From what I understand, my homepage is what my 'error' page is, so I think its getting an error, but I dont know what)
Once done, it SHOULD be taking me to a thanks.htm page..

A couple of things:
I don't see an input element named comments.
I can't imagine how having an element named by a string with a space in it is ever going to be a great idea.

You should go with phpMailer.
It's a great script, very easy to setup and always works.
I needed a form myself few days ago, and I tryed TONS of them, phpmailer was the only one to work great, and have every function a contact form can have ...

errm it is possibly just not like that.
$mailto = 'brizoken@gmail.com' ;'ryan@heartctush.com' ;
in php ';' kinda signals the end of the command or statement so ''ryan@heartctush.com' ;' is just floating on its own.
