Hi there,

Im a newbie on web design. I want to create my portfolio but dont know where to get free images. I also want to try how to do freelancing but before that i want to be a good designer. Tips would be a very good help.

You can get free images from some links in this thread: http://www.talkfreelance.com/showthread.php?t=4771

To be a good designer I suggest you look around your world, magazines, television, web sites for inspiration. Take what you think works well and develop it into your own style. Practice makes perfect, I can't emphasize this enough.

For free images try googling for stock photos.

Do you mean on google images?

If so, just because they're on that, it doesn't mean they're copyright free.

Well I meant maybe try to find a website that has free stock photos.
