Loosen up please

I've been to many many forums and breaking into this one may be tougher than breaking into Fort Knox! I just want to start a new thread in the "Design" forum and it keeps denying me. I have sent numerous e-mails to the help desk about it and haven't received an answer for hours and still can't post in that forum. I want to spend money with members here who can help me and I'm unable to do that if I can't post my request for service.

I just tried to start a new thread in the Design forum and the same message appeared about me not have permission. I've been able to post replies in any forum I choose, but I've only been able to post new threads in a couple of the different forums. The main one I want to post in is the Design forum.

Were you trying to post before you had reached 5 posts?

To post in the MarketPlace you need to have 5 posts (and then wait up to an hour for the system to update) - you should be fine to post a thread in there now. If you still have a problem let me or another member of staff know.

I can't post threads in the Marketplace either. Nor can I PM anyone to sort it out privately.

Not sure why that is, you should be able to post in the MarketPlace now, we'll look into it for you

You may have to wait a few hours before you can post in the marketplace before your status is updated. This is how vBulletin works and there is nothing we can do about that.
