DirectoriesForum has been one of the first discussion communities for directory owners. Established over 1 year ago DF was the first specialized forum to introduce thematic articles and interviews with personalities from the industry. We were a sort of trend setters at that time, all these things became very popular among all the other forums and blogs.
Due to the lack of time and starting new projects, we have decided to sell the forum to someone who might better maintain, promote and further develop what we have started.
This sale includes a

two domain names - DirectoriesForum.com and DirForum.com (reg. namecheap -free push)a free vb theme ("Kirsh" with modified logo) and a
paid theme ("Element" from vbStyles).
Also included in the sale is another unique concept we launched - the first
posting directory where forum members are rewarded for their contribution. This directory is DFBid.com (DirectoriesForum Bid) , is PR1 predicted, with a paid phpLB license and as I said it is included in the sale.
DirectoriesForum.com is PR2 at the moment - PR5 predicted in a few days.

The forum has never been monetized and we never tried to make money out of it, but being PR5 predicted I think the new owner will easily make about $200 - $400/monthly just from text links and banner advertisements.
The BIN price has not been yet decided but we are open to genuine and serious offers
