Wordpress Coder Needed

I have a xHTML/CSS Tabless template that I want converted to Wordpress. If you would like to preview the code, please add me to MSN/Windows LIVE Messenger and I would be happy to show you.

The main quirk is the the homepage as you may have see in the image, if you have any questions let me know.

I want this to be a full theme. Meaning everything should be there and working right.
