  Old  Wtf?

When I go to http://buildalandmark.com/neigborhood.php?recordID=34 and I click "Click GDR for lot information." it sends me to http://buildalandmark.com/%22http://....aspx?id=7\%22

I've had it fixed twice and it has worked. I need someone to fix it now and for the love of God, for good. Anyone willing to explain why it keeps breaking and help to fix it?
