That is a javascript code, that allows you to hide layers...
I dont really feel like explaining all of it but...
You make layers (using CSS duh) and put them in exactly the same spot, and using the javascript code you can tell it to hide them (using their id) and show them when you rollover a link.
So try looking for the javascript instead of the CSS.
If I can find a tutorial, I will be sure to give it to you, but I sorta figured that one out myself.

No problems guys, I've been looking at that site a lot lately and http://dean.edwards.name/ie7 which is a good ressource if you want to use some CSS2 tools in IE even if it doesn't support it.

[edit] Ah, nevermind, I found out why yours didn't work, you're basing the appearing/disappearing on the display proprerty from switching to block from none.
