WTB: Landing Pages

I'm looking for one-page landing pages that are extremely attractive. If you have any at hand - even if the intended purpose wasn't a landing - I'm interested. Something with a call-to-action button (such as "I'm ready!") at the end of the text description would be even better, although not necessary as I can add it myself. I have the cash in my hands, you have the template; so let's get this going.

Do we need to have them premade or would you consider a custom page?

Pre-made please; I can't bother hiring someone to create a product I may not like at the end.
