Watch Chuck Online is a Chuck blog running on WordPress. It allows viewers to watch all the Chuck episodes online. Chuck has finished for the season but the traffic is still coming in. I do not host the videos myself, but they are hosted by other sources such as Tu.tv and Hulu. We receive a lot of organic search engine traffic from Google, the site is ranked in Google for keywords like Watch Chuck and Watch Chuck Online.
The site has zero maintenance, as the Chuck season has finished, you don't need to update the site every week with new episodes.
If needed, I will help the buyer transfer the site to his server provided it has cPanel/PHP and an MySQL database.
