  Old  Media Network Design - designer required

I have an existing ad network script that uses templates. Just need an overall update on the CSS with custom design elements where applicable...

A design as clean and simple like http://www.adbrite.com, other adnetworks include (adonion.com, casalemedia.com etc.)

Please let me know if interested... here is what i am looking for in candidate

> media network design in portfolio (preferred)
> templating experience
> HIGH level of CSS knowledge
> Web 2.0 designs in portfolio
> Good turnaround
> Accepts paypal
