Looking to Hire WP Designer/Coder

I'm interested in hiring someone to design and code a unique WordPress theme (main and subpage w/comments) for a new site I'm planning to launch.

It's going to be a social/political commentary site focused on current events and issues or subjects both large and small. No subject will be off limits, and because of that, I'm not looking for something overly conservative or too edgy but a little edginess in the design is fine.

I'm not interested in a "magazine theme" or "newspaper theme".

I am interested in

-something red, white, black and maybe some gray
-something with 4 (four) to 6 (six) 125x125 ad blocks with at least 4 of them above the fold
-widget ready

I'm interested in someone:

-reliable
-professional with communication
-with a portfolio I can check out
-with an eye for typography
-who can get the job done in 2 weeks

Design can have:

-2 or 3 columns
-I may ask some graphics to be included which I would purchase from stock photo services

I'm looking at the $300 - $400 range, including coding depending on the quality of your portfolio work.

If you outsource the coding, that's ok, but you'd have to deal with the coder and be the go-between to make sure the coding was done on time and correctly.
