I'm trying to find someone who is looking to build up their portfolio for free, or is feeling very generous. I just bought a simple 3 page design that i'll need coded in HTML/CSS. I can offer a banner placement on www.rudemnky.com in exchange for their services, with possible payment down the road.
You'll be lucky if you find one, not many do free work. But at the same time, you will be unlucky if you find one because free coders generally have little to no experience.
I will gladly do it. Inferno Development is a programming company that is just starting to do professional web design, and we need the portfolio items.
