Looking for Web Designer

Hi all!

I am looking for a web designer for a new business venture I'm about to launch. It's an interesting one - and I'm looking for a designer who isn't afraid to play around with things, most of our competitors have a corporate look, but we want to go with a playful image, with a base colour of pink.

We are a London, UK based company providing production services and equipment to the entertainment industry. We will be looking for an online identity with logo, as well as stationery designs. Because of our type of work, our logo will be reshaped and re-coloured numerous times to be printed, projected, stuck, sprayed and who knows burnt with a branding iron?
