[Appraisal] bigupload.com
Howdy folks,
I've been holding onto a domain for a while, having never gotten around to developing it yet. Today I got some interest from someone wanting to buy the domain so I'm just wondering what you folks would appraise for it.
bigupload.com
There's no point visiting the domain, it's just sitting there doing nothing.
Cheers,
Peter

Im not good with appraisals but I will give it a shot anyways. I like it, I think it nice and short and should be easily brandable, the .com is a big +++ imo. I would say mid $XX to low $XXX

I would say that you could get $XXX pretty easily.
Nice domain.

So an offer of around $100 (USD) would be along the right lines, as that's what I've been offered. I was planning on keeping hold of it to develop (eventually) but we'll see how far this buyer is willing to go.
Cheers for the thoughts guys!

I think you can a little bit more, about 200$.
Good luck!

You have a bite! Make a counter offer of $1,000.
Edit: This might help.
Thank you for your offer of $100 for bidupload.com. I acquired this domain a while ago now, and had every intention of developing it into a profitable image hosting website.
If I was ever to part with this domain I wouldn’t let it go for as little as $100. I have had numerous offers for this domain before for more than what you are currently offering.
If you can raise your offer to something closer to the $1,000 mark we can talk again.
Kind regards,
Peter Cowburn

Maybe $1,000 is aiming a little high for this particular domain, but I like the idea Jon. It's always good practice to laugh at a lowball figure (even if you don't think it is very low!) in an effort to get the buyer to stump out a little more cash.
I'll keep you posted. Either way (if he bites, or runs) I'm really not losing anything because I'll still have a great domain to develop.

In my opinion it's just yet another upload domain, you can add almost any word infront of upload.
I'd appraise it at reg. fee when undeveloped.
