But there are only 3 projects listed. How do you go about showing your clients list to prospective buyers of the web site?

Its sharp looking, but no one wants to buy a dead site.

What price range are you looking for?

I can grant access to the admin area for "serious & interested" buyers - make me an offer and see if it gets my interest?

Regards

Mark

Mark,
Your site looks nice, but your sales approach is very limited. By saying you'll open it up for serious & interested buyers, you are cutting your own throat IMO.

Quick analogy. I have a car for sale. It's in the garage and I keep it locked and I only let people that claim interested based on a very limited set of options I have posted on the garage door. They are free to look in the window at the car but only people I deem serious are allowed to enter the garage and look inside the car and explore all its features. Most folks will peek in the window and move on. The only really serious buyers will be collectors or those interested only in this model. Limited buying pool.

Now if I put it out front of my house and let folks look under the hood, kick the tires and even drive it my buying pool grows exponentially and the offers come rolling in. Then I can weed out the jokers and only entertain the serious folks.

Just a tip from an old salesman.

I for one will pass. Why because I have a website, I dont need another. Now if I were able to see what makes this special.....

Mods, I apologize if this post is out of place in this forum. Just trying to help Mark make a sale. Delete as needed and reprimand accordingly.
