Proud to announce - Coded Preview!
It is with great pleasure I announce the launch of Coded Preview to you all.
Coded Preview is a handy little app for web designers and coders, that lets them create a preview page, showing what a template should like like when coded.
|
I hope this proves useful to the designers and coders of this forum and that everything is done, but there's always room for improvement. I am only announcing the launch here for now. I'd like some constructive criticism from a smaller, more web-aware audience, before the full-blown launch.
Thanks,
Seb

Looks very nice, and it's a great idea. One small thing I found was, on the contact form in the message portion, there are plenty of tabs inside the form as a default value.

I've noticed this before but at this time I'm not sure how to overcome it. The value is needed for the form to function (it's a string of PHP code). I am still trying to find a way of sorting this.
Thanks for the feedback.

Nice idea; though, to monetize it, maybe release it as a standalone script? I know plenty of designers who avoid public hosts because it gives off an unprofessional look.
Other than that, very nice and well executed Good luck with the site

I won't be selling the script, but I have an idea for the next version which will sort out that issue. Thanks for the kind comments.
