Looking..
I remember using a program similar to ObjectDock, although it put alot less stress on your system. I cant remember what the name of it was for the life of me, so hopefully someone here can help me.
If you dont know, ObjectDock is a program that places a toolbar on your desktop very similar to the Mac toolbar setup.

ah... i know what you're talking about. I was looking for it too... can't remember what it was called. Started with a K didn't it? Haha.

Not sure, that sounds familiar.. But didnt find anything on google.
I've heard of yzdock, but I'm pretty sure there's another.

i think the one im thinking of came with an entire Apple-Esque package... like a complete theme for windows to emulate osx.
it had different peices of software in one package and I know the thing you're talking about was in there.
