Paypal - Part One
Alright, currently, I have no paypal account. I've been using my dads seeing as he has it hooked up to the bank and it's easy to transfer. But, I just want an account. I want to just receive from people, and buy things online (hosting, domain, etc.) Would I be able to just create an account, with nothing hooked up to it, and be able to receive cash, send cash, and buy online?

Yes, i believe you can send/recieve money without having a bank account attached to your paypal. If you wish to withdraw this money you will need to add a bank account. My mum was able to pay for something without attaching a bank account, i know that much for sure.

Yes, you can send and receive without a bank account, I personally dont have one attached to my PayPal account. Note that in order to receive funds you have to have credit card attached to your PayPal account.

-Personal Account
Ideal for online shopping. Send and receive payments for free through PayPal's secure network. Personal accounts cannot accept debit or credit card payments.
This is one of the options when signing up. Does this mean if someone who is sending me money, with a cc on paypal, I won't be able to receive it?

Whatever your trying to do, you can't get money out of paypal without your bank account setup. I'm not sure what a Personal Account is, but when I had only my credit card setup, I could receive payments by credit card.

I'm not looking to have this set up in such a way. I'm not sure if I am sounding right so I'll explain what I am going to use it for. Some time soon, in the future I am going to be selling advertisements, quality signatures, some animated banner, wallpapers and much more. I need an account in which I can receive money given over paypal, and use it for hosting and domain, and then keep the money in their until the time arises. Then in a couple of months I plan on adding a bank account to it, so then it can transfer in and out. I hope that is a good explanation on what I need.

yeah, that will work fine as long as none of your clients use a credit card. You can pay hosts and whatnot just by selecting something like "Money from Balance" in Payment Options during the payment process.
