http://www.php.net is added to that list
Generally it is a good idea to learn programming basics like variables, operatations, programming flow, functions, arrays, objects and classes (not absolutely necesary for many php applications but may be useful) before you get stuck into the experimental stage. Sorry to get a little off topic but that might help some people that are starting to learn php.
