What makes you keep coming back to Talkfreelance?
What makes you keep coming back to Talkfreelance?
For me, it is the friendliness of the forum members, the attitude of the admins/mods, the high activity of the forum, the great contacts I am making for now and the future, the professional attitude from everyone including the youger members, the fantastic community spirit, the great competitions and the respect I give and receive.
What makes you keep coming back to Talkfreelance?

You know Julian...
There is something about TF that is attracting, makes me want to keep coming back. The people here, or most of them, are very friendly, including the excellent staff.
Its also a simply excellent community. Great information, great help, everything you could want in a community! TalkFreelance is definantly a Community in which other communities should look up to.
Best Regards,
Landes

What make me coming back?
Well, when I was a newbie I joined but posted fairly little. I came here mainly for the business content side of posts and didn't contribute very much. However, now that I have become more active, I enjoy this place because of the sheer maturity of the members. I look at the members ages and see numerous 14 and 15 year old who do not show the immaturity of their counter-parts that I see on many other forums. I also enjoy that this forum has almost NO political discussion at all.
All-in-all, the forum does what it was intended. It is a business related forum which has information-wealthy members who do not act immature. Prior to this month, TalkFreelance was going rather inactive. But now the activity has increased (I assume because of the contests) and it seems to be "popping". I also like to add, the admin and moderators aren't complete asses to the members, which I have experienced at other places power-hungry communities.
Now my goal is to become a recognized member of the community.

Everything said above, but one thing really keeps me here.
The fact that people actually respond to your questions here. At SitePoint I don't think I've EVER had anyone respond when I desperately needed help. Here, I've always had a reasonable response from someone. It's that kind of thing that will make your community a success.
