Speaking of head biting. I don't want to get in the fight but I prefer PHP over asp lol
I know the following languages at an intermediate level:
XHTML, Javascript, PHP/MySql, DHTML, XML
Advanced:
css
I left Python cause to me it sux and anacondas are better lol. I'm willing to master them all then got to c/c++,WildTangent, and Java. By the way what's so wrong with VB.Net?

Hahaha..Salathe!!
Its kinda funny how ppl complain about a company that create something that you used everyday, and yet still continue using it. That just tell me lack of intelligent or just plain lazy!!
Microsoft created ASP to work with their products. They didn't create asp to work with your microwave, your garage, or your washing machine. In the work zone, you'll find that more companies use ASP.net for their intranet than another language because these companies use office and such on. So if you are microsoft, what would you choose? A billion dollar market, or pay me $50 and I'll code you a CMS? Hmmmm...what a tough question!! I guess I'm gonna choose pay me 50 bucks and I'll code you a CMS!!!
I'm a coder, fluent in so many languages. I find that ASP and PHP has nothing more spectacular over one another. You can do the same thing in both.

Major PHP programmer (not that great, but I do it all the time), of course I know HTML and CSS, know a good deal of JS (having trouble with RegExp tho, DOM was a bit confusing and I haven't used the functions yet either). I have a few scripts for ppl to use, shoutboxes, bloggers, user management systems, whatever.

I've been programming PHP for the past 3 years. Done some fairly large sites using PHP/MySQL. I'm OK with asp (not .net).. I have no desire to learn .net.. But, I may have to. You have to follow the money, and most/many 'business' sites want MS solutions..
