Colors that you can't work with?
I can't really work with dark blue and the purplish blue. It really hurts my eyes.
What about you and how do you overcome these problems?

red and lime green. BLAAAH! i puke all over those. yellow is difficult on most monitors, bright greens can be tough.
in my experience an oil company whose company colours are red and black ask you to redesign their site (using those colours) and make it 'environmental friendly' is a royal pain.
easiest colors for me are blues, blacks whites, greys, burgandy, earthy tones or pastels.

I have a hard time with most shades of green. Oh and purple. Yellow as stated before is pretty tricky too..

Hmm purple and bright yellow are hard to work with, bright blue can also be hard to work with at times.

The dark blues and purples are hard in my opinion. Never can get them right.

Dark blue, yellow and purple.
I don't think I can create something that I'll like in the end using any of those colors.
As for it being a problem; not really. I think these colors are ugly and I can't find any combination in which they would suit (me), so why would I want to 'overcome' this? I wouldn't and I don't.

red and green are inverts, so it's actually easier than it sounds. usually people just try to use them at the wrong times.
