What makes Talkfreelance "special"
I guess I'm kind of bored and looked at Andrew's topic from a week or so ago that said a lot of people have 0 posts or even less than 10 posts and I just pondered why because this is a great community so I decided we should make a list of reasons why Talkfreelance really is "special".
1. You'll meet new people and even create relationships with some. (friend-wise)
I'll only give 1 reason because I really want to hear what other people have to say.

I'm here because I'm secretly in love with bidjam. I have pictures of him all over my walls.

Before I visited TFL, I knew nothing about Web Development.
Now I do it full-time, and make a half-decent living from it.
So it just 'feels like home' to me.

The community is really well knitted. Most are very helpful and know what they are doing.

I think we need a better promotion technique! Talk freelance should offer a link to all people that make a blog post or something so we can boost it up.
THanks

TalkFreelance is an incredibly diverse and experienced development community. It is your one stop shop for programmers, graphic artists, web designers, etc. It is a tight knit community even with our high member numbers, and those who have been here from the beginning, are still here, and each member brings something different to offer, from all ends of the globe.

That's an awesome quote!
Talkfreelance is special to me because it has a real feeling of community, members are real. We have our ups and downs like real life, we celebrate our successes like real life, we have passion like real life, we are growing together like we are in real life. This is a community full of amazing, talented, real people.

TalkFreelance is special because if it were a person it'd ride the short bus. Thankfully I'd be right there with it.
