As the need arises, we will open up categories If we see that there are a bunch of Lounge threads with similar topics, we might create a forum for them Also, feel free to post/PM feedback to the staff.

In regards to the IRC question,
I feel that it maybe a good idea, but in the future, when TalkFreelance has reached a very large amount of members.
As I feel that the introduction of an IRC channel would cause more people to use that for questions, c+c etc, and therefore not use the forums as much. Which is what we do not want to happen.
In my opinion, and IRC would result in the boards being neglected and not used on a regular basis. Most of us have AIM or MSN for chat, why not stick to that.
