How much do you think talkfreelance.com is worth right now?
Just out of interest, i'm looking for an apprasial on this domain. It's currently pr3, it recieves 700 + uniques per day and has 1,500 indexed pages in google.
Our alexa rate (if it means anything to you) is currently down to 270,000 from over a million two months ago!
Any ideas on the value of this domain or property as a whole?

Not the type of things we like to have you ask us Rob...but im sure coupled with this design it could fetch pretty decent money, more as the community grows of course.

Hehe thats fair enough, but the thread does seem to incline towards that.
Considering the desgin was 400, and the domains pretty decent, and it has decent rankings, I think you could get in the region of 1k with a bit moire development.

Well, I have domains that had absolutely crap sites on them, and they ended up worth £80..
This place how gotta be worth over £1,000 with all the traffic it gets, and the rank on google, alexa, etc.

Talking about Canadian Dollars...
This website has been set out with me and my domain worth friends. We have decided the domain talkfreelance.com could go for in the 10 thousand range. It would have to be to the right personal of course. I would say if you made good enough deal iNet would swipe this up for 12K including the skin.
That is what we came to conclude on. This takes in the fact of the amount of visitors, and page ranks from the leading search engines.
Regards,
