I've been thinking the same thing throughout this whole time, what is the issue with that? Unless it wasn't agreed upon that you are not doing ANY other work besides what you agreed to do (for an example if you agreed to make a hosting template ONLY and the buyer is asing you do write him a custom TOS) then I don't see the problem.
