I currently have tons of leads from my project managers and could use some good reliable programmers to outsource too when i am overbooked ( such as now ). This can be a fairly good financial opportunity for someone looking for consistant projects. I might be interested in taking this as far as getting my own e-firm going because of the amount of leads I have been receiving.
