Hiring PHP coder for WP Hacks

Hello.

I'm hiring someone to hack wordpress (latest version). To allow multiple pages for each author, like so:

/authors/username/ (default)
/authors/username/page1
/authors/username/page2
/authors/username/page3 etc.

I've tried and tried to do it myself. But no luck.
