  Old  Real Estate

I have always interested in doing Real Estate, and now I'm actually doing it. I love it. I got my Real Estate license for about two months now, even though the work is hard but its definitely paid off. Just sold my first two houses today, and I'm damn proud of it. The first house was sold around 10 am this morning, the estate is worth a little bit more than $500,000. I was estatic when I sold that house. About two hours after that, a client called me to see the house they saw two weeks ago, and close another deal an hour after the phone call. That estate is worth about $120,000. I'm getting 4% commission, and my boss is getting 10% commission of my 4%. The two houses I sold this morning, I made $24800, minute 10% for my boss $2480, so I'm making $22000 in one day. Almost a year worth of sallery!!

I have to say, making the decision to take that Real Estate class for two weeks was worth every penny. I had tons of fun attending the class and in just two weeks short, Ive gain enough knowledge to make more money than I could have compared to a four years college plan.

My current plan is to finish up Grad school, while doing Real Estate in the weekend. Hopefully, one day I'll have my own firm and have people work under me. If you guys ever want to get into this field, check with your local colleges (tech schools) and try your hardest. You won't regret it..
