  Old  How do you code?

I'm curious as to how others code. As we all know, time is money - the faster work is completed the better the hourly rate, the more projects you can take, and the more free time you have.

I write all the HTML, then do the CSS, checking in IE6 and FF as I go (generally there aren't problems in any other browsers)

I used to check in IE6, IE7, FF2, Opera 9 and Safari 3 as I went. I also used to do the the HTML and CSS in sections. Basically, a hell of a lot of time alt+tabbing for the same result. I have found that my current method is much faster.
