Designer needed

I need a designer to collaborate with us on between 5-20 designs. We typically pay about $500 to $800 for a front page psd. Logos will be provided. Must have a stellar portfolio. If we hire you for multiple designs, we would like to work out a discount for bulk work. We need psd only, no code. We are a full time business and would expect good communication and timely delivery.

We are looking for someone whom we can form a solid relationship with and outsource to on a regular basis.
