Congratulations on learning a new language.you say you have learned php and that you are putting every thing togather.Well the next logical steps should be mastering AJAX,Objected oriented programming,CMS(JOOMLA/Drupal).
After this you can learn what i call management part,interacting with the client ,putting requirements formally and preparing the software designs.
After this you can graduate towards acquiring project management skills,i mean managing the entire project.
