Looking for a designer [Paid Job]

I'm looking for a designer who can make a design for a TV fan site. I want a design like this: http://the-big-bang-theory.com (also my site) but in a different colour scheme. I'd be looking for the usual header, navigation bar with roll over, 3 column design, and a footer. I do not require any coding, just a PSD. I have a budget of around £30/$50 - £40/$65 for this job.
