Looking for a template designer

I'm looking to redesign the site: http://imgbox.us

I'm looking to keep things simple, but moving towards an html5-web2.0 acceptable layout. I'm also planning on making this into more of a gallery-based solution, similar to what you might find at http://imgur.com

The designer will have a lot of creative freedom on this, so long as a few criterias are met :

- It's simple, clean and classy. Sites like http://wtfismypagerank.com are great examples of what I mean by this.
- Some form of blue is used as the base color, although I do not require the same one that's currently used. A similar site that I own is doing this: http://imguppy.com/

Beyond that, I'm excited to see what the designer I work with can come up with, and how they'll make the gallery an important aspect of this site.
