Custom Script Needed

I have a site www.AdKind.com

It is going to be made into a sort of blog site. You no in newspapers at the back, you get the ads page where people post ads, and also birthdays, and jobs etc. Thats what this is going to be.

People will be required to subscribe to a monthly payment for access to the site, but they have no restrictions on posts etc.

People can post things in an auction section selling new or old things. Or in places looking for a date, or wishing someone a happy birthday, sharing a photo, etc.

I would like all of this done with all the design etc. user friendly control panel etc. Logins passwords etc. will all be needed.

If you show me some work, i will choose and give further details over MSN.

i am currently willing to spend around $550.00 This can be increased if i fell more is needed etc.
