You are right, sites are empty now.
We plan to put 40+ tutorials to this sites.
About the service and consept:

- design/usability
- consept of "Assis Network of Sites"

As for plugging services, I think it is not possible now... we have not yet a good example of "Assist Site".
I am working on www.typo3assist.com , may be it will be the firts good example of "Assist Site"
