XHTML/CSS Site - Still not complete
But what do you think of the design so far ? What is good and what is bad.

Very nice. The only thing I would change about it is the logo, it doesn't match the style or feel of the rest of the layout.

The wave thing is cool! But maybe a bit too dark colours? For sure the logo has to be lighter in order to see it on those dark colours.

As soon as i opened it, reminded me of Mac OS X. Maybe not a bad thing? But I don't like it all that much. I'd prefer lighter blues and as others have said, the logo doesn't look right. The black is out of place.
Also, try turning down the shadow on the main content bit.. It would look better at about 30% opacity.

I canīt change the logo itself - itīs part of the brand, I added a little lighter shadow to it though, still think the blue waves should be lighter ?

header is too plain and i dont like the logo, especially not the black parts, it doesnt stand out.
but rest is cool.
