I have SideWinder headphones,
And they are connected to a little "box". My speakers connect to this "box" too, and then this connects to the PC.
I just flick a switch, and I have Speakers/Headphones.
Regards.

What is it called? I'd also like to purchase one as I like to listen to music late at night when my parents are asleep.

Thats what it's called - a splitter. I just couldn't remember the name, so I described it in a crappy way.
