  Old  Best PayPal Ad Services

Well, I don't have a bank account (due to health insurance limitations) and I need a way to have money in my PayPal. So, I am forced to say no to google and YPN...
I'd like to know some of the better/trusted ad services that will pay via PayPal, I know there are not alot of them. However, a few is more than none.
Lets start a list of PayPal Ad Services for people like me who want/need to be paid via PayPal, I'll start.

PayPal Ad Services:

Clicksor

How do they pay. Once a month when you have a certain amount of credits?

Yes, for ex. Clicksor says once you have like $20 (not sure if this the how much or not, havnt used them yet) they will pay you unless you set your payout to a higher limit. Then they will not pay you until you have reached you defined limit.
