More staff?
Hello,
I was wondering if you ever considered more staff, I've just come here and had a look around, staff seem to be in short supply and even most of the ones you have are hardly ever on.
Thanks.

Short supply perhaps, but Julian is online a lot and does a great job. Also, from what I have seen, there's never much trouble or anything else that warrants having more staff.
Just my 2 cents.

There are 9 staff members, although not all of them are here often.
In my opinion they're holding down the fort fine though.

Seen.to's also on a fair bit. That guy doesn't get enough credit where it's due IMO. Same goes for Bazza.

What would extra staff be used for?
All the issues I've seen are handled quickly (delete spam, move topic, and name change). There are a few people on the staff members list I rarely see but it doesn't look like there is a need for extra staff right now.
Well I guess there are a couple rules not being enforced but overall it is good

Yeah, seen.to, Bazza' and Julian do a great job, i don't think there needs to be any staff just yet. Maybe when the forum gets bigger then yeah, but at the moment no.
EDIT: Forgot about jon, though i rarely see him around the forums, he does a decent job as well.

You lot seem to forget Robson's got exams right now and he's not here either. Also Bazza should get some more free time over the summer.
Too many mods is awful, TF has it just right.

I agree.

I would say within the next two months, with the explosion of growth TFL has experienced, we will need a couple more moderators. But, right now, I think we're fine, all the moderators, especially Julian is doing a great job.
