can I see the thread and post bit?

Hi, why do i have to design the postbit??or thread?
when you code the template you code with the same design.
The only things you can't see on the preview are the buttons(like new thread,quote . . .)But i have it designed i can make a preview if wanted.So i think it will be a wasting time to design the post and thread bit not?Cause you use the same design as above to code whole thing.If i am wrong let me know.
