I like the site except for the area behind the search button, I don't like how they made it fade.

How slow is slow? I just looked around a bunch of the site and the longest it'd take is about 5 secs tops. Most of the time it was about 2-3 secs though.

To be honest, I prefered the previous design. Although, I am known to get attached to old versions rather than newer ones. I guess this will grow on me soon enough.
The old navigation at the top was just sexy

I like the navigation actually guys, i'm sure once it's made the switch it will look better.

Wow...how ugly. The previous was so much better
So now sitepoint have: - Released a worse design than they had before.
- Ruined their marketplace.

That just about sums it up.
Their old design was much better than the new one, but i've got to say their books are very good.

Yes, we hate it at first but grow to like it, same as pixel2life.com for me, SitePoint is the best forum for Site owners on the net.
