It is funny to think. My first computer had a 486 66 mhz processor or something... not to mention a massive 400 mb hard drive and something like 16 mb of ram.

The system I am getting in a week or two will be 1.6 Ghz!

first comp was windows 3.1. 100 mhz, 80 MB HD, 16 mb ram, cost about $1000 at the time

yeah, the first computer my family had was an apple 2 plus. I remember playing some really weird submarine game on it, but besides that it really had no use other than for learning how to program.

Its was in 96. Santa Claus gave me Pentium 100mhz, with 850mb hdd, and 1mb ram s3 virge and 8mb memoryRAM.I had no cdrom. It was cost over 3000zł [600€]
