Must be valid code, work in Opera, Firefox, IE, etc - No shady job please.

Was deeply let down by http://gotskinned.com - Asked to start 29th Aug, it's now Sept 20th - I'm incredibly pissed off, way to many excuses such as "my host deleted all my work".

I need someone reliable who can get it done within 7 days.

My budget is $2-300 although i'd like it to be around $250.
