I agree with Josh that it is a laptop, not a desktop. Your laptop doesnt have to be the same power as a desktop. I would be perfectly happy with just an Intel Duo (2.0GHz) and at least a gig of RAM.

aye, well it's a tad more powerful than my desktop which is a 2.2GHz single core 1mb cache, 1GB RAM and 7800GT so...

TBH thats a little much for a notebook, And im not talking about the price either.I wouldnt get something like that unless your a heavy gamer.

Josh don't get worked up over the opinions of 15 and 16 year olds. They can't even buy a computer online without mommy or daddy's help.
And Dell makes great computers.

lol, I couldn't care what the kids think feros :P I know for a fact that my knowlege on computers is probably alot greater than most of theirs.
One of the main reasons i got such a beefy spec laptop was so that it would last me a few years during my 4 year degree at uni.
