I cant see much simularity between them. Colours are similar...thats about it.

If you think about it and compare them, there isnt too much, but the initial glance, and you straight away think EarnersForum

The color scheme is slightly the same, but it doesnt make it a rip. Maybe inspirational, but its clearly shown that this design is better than earnerforum.
The only similarity between both skins are the colors. Im quite sure i am correct when i say this, but i dont think its possible to rip colors. Who knows, but the colors he has uses, green/blue, might be his favourite personal colors anyway.
My favourite colors might be green and blue, but you cant says that I would ripping off talkfreelance... would you?

Looks very inspired, not a rip, because a rip implies that you have stolen images or exactly recreated your own. Did make me think of EF straight away though... and I'm sure you don't want people to think of a rival forum when they visit your website.
