A lot of my favorite web design related sites are hosting with (mt) so they have to be good or they most have a kick-ass affiliate program?

MediaTemple has had some hiccups lately with the (gs). The MySQL servers aren't routing correctly, causing intermittent lose of connection. Performance is very nice other than that.

At the end of the day you get what you pay for, if your planning on unning a large site that needs real top service and 24/7 support then you have to pay for that. Small hosting companies are there for people that don't require that and so don't want to pay for it.
