Oh, adam,

@the image header make sure you define the height of the header image.

@ the rollovers just get rid off all the whitespace, it causes this, so instead of:

Code:

<li> ... </li>
<li> ... </li>

Do this:

Code:

<li> ... </li><li>  ,,, </li> etc.etc.

Dont ask me why, but it works.
