Cannot post in marketplace

I was told that you have to have 5 posts to post in the marketplace forum. I have 7 posts and would like to post in the programming sub-forum but it states that I do not have sufficient privileges to do so. How do I go about getting this taking care of?

After that point, if you have 5 or more posts, you should be able to post. Please let us know if you have any problems past that.

I've seen people posting in the Marketplace with only one post to their name, is this just me?

In some cases the permissions for some reason get bypassed, however we deal with the threads as they come.
