Will the client be skinnable to our needs similar to say a script/program like vBulleting where it is fully customizable design wise but is still marked by it's creator.

If you still need a script here, I can do this for $50 with am easily editable template file.

Activecollab is a great resource. However, if you want something custom I can make the simple script you're after. Would be a bit more expensive that what you've just been quoted by halotree.

I have a feeling you'll fine ActiveCollab more than suitable for your application. I've even been known to use it a little bit .
